upon opening the sealed box i found that the 4 attaching bolts and washers weren't in box. hoping they would send missing hardware they wanted pics of the box it was shipped in. i told them i had damaged the box opening as it was heavily tapped and discarded the box and couldn't send pics. as of now still no reply. very disappointed in there customer service. should have purchased from my Amazon prime and i would have had better customer service.
