Great service and delivery, product ok. The kids mode is great,very impressive. It's a bit underpowered though for modern apps. Doesn't handle leaving multiple apps open very well and freezes. Running video streaming for 2hrs plus 2hrs standby leaves 1/4charge. Case supplied had headphone jack hole too small and I had to widen it so a standardish size headphone jack would fit, no big deal. For now, works ok for purpose, still 5 stars.
