Just received it today plugged it in & immersed in the fish tank ! no light is coming on & is not heating the water ???
Am I suppose to rotate the top of the heater ?? if so in the water or outside ????

Make sure the power is switched on :) use the temp selector knob to set the temp you want. Yes in the water not out of the water, it is a water heater after all. A little unfair of you to leave neutral feedback because you purchased something you know nothing about. Instructions are in our listing and also on the box.
