Overpriced, not sure how a lower grade model ended up in my results for an GS21U but I definitely should have double checked. Item is listed as "New Open Box" but very clearly came out of box and was missing screen protective covers, the protective tape around the edges was visibly worn. Would have returned if I didn't need a new phone stat. Packaging was nice and efficient, phone is new condition despite being out of box. I'd avoid in the future due to misleading listing but no other complaints

The item was listed as new - open box. When I received the item, there were obvious signs of wear, including smudges on the screen, and oil & dirt buildup in the crevices. Upon turning on the phone, it abruptly shut down without warning continually, despite being fully charged. When I returned it, the seller immediately threatened to not refund me because I had logged into the device. They asked for a phone number, which I provided, but still did not refund me.
