I received the bag damaged. I contacted the seller to inform him that the bag arrived damaged. The bottom liner that goes inside the bag to straighten it flat so you can placed your gift, were broken into pieces. The bottom board prevent the bag from folding up so you can put your gift in. I didn’t asked for a refund. Instead, the seller messaged me back with, “Does it really matter”. It was the rudeness comment. Yes it does matter. I recommend all buyer to never purchased from this seller.

This new unused bag was sold cheap as a collectible & so the 13 year old flimsy piece of plastic was sent with the bag as issued (most bags don't include these as they aren't very useful). These weren't made to last very long & it's unreasonable to expect it to be as good as it was when new. As you'd expect, it became brittle & the Post Office broke it in shipment. I got less for this bag than I paid for it & the bag was in perfect mint usable condition. I explained this & buyer never responded
