    DISAPPOINTED IN PERFORMANCE

    There was nothing wrong with the product itself. I just misunderstood what it was supposed to do. I thought it was a hair dryer/brush and would fluff my hair as I blow-dried it. This was more of a misunderstanding on my part, not a failure on the part of the appliance.
