BV5200 4G LTE actual specifications totally different to the Description and Spec Picture. No mention of 4G LTE+ or VoLTE which will be required to make voice calls in Australia when 3G is turned off in the next 6 months. The actual 4G frequencies make this phone totally useless in Australia.
Returned for full refund but BV would not pay for the Cover I ordered from a different ebay seller in China. How can I return a $12 item back to China? Why would they agree to a refund because BV lied?

My phone arrived today earlier than expected, as mentioned by seller the packaging was still in perfect condition upon arrival, plugged it in to find it was already fully charged (which was awesome) switched it on and it seems to be working perfectly, retailer is very clear with communication, speedy shipping and took extra care with packaging.
