Third time of ordering this item. Incomplete address again (villa 18 omitted) but this time postie delivered to retirement village reception so it did reach me.
Item is ok but hard to shut close, no knob on support bar so difficult to unlock it and it’s also covered by bag.
As this is for a disabled person, little thought seems to have been given to ease of use.
