Item was described as having "a few small chips only noticeable if you look closely" but what I received was a figurine in multiple pieces. The shipping box was pristine so I know it wasn't damaged by USPS. I'm sure it was damaged when it was being packed. Seller offered a partial refund and I agreed -- they gave me $5. If I was the seller I would have apologized and given a much larger partial refund or most likely a full refund. Would not recommend or buy from again.

item description was extremely accurate and was damaged in shipment yes it could of used some more bubble wrap or something to keep the fragile item in one piece. and i offered a full refund or a partial refund and you chose the partial saying you didn't have time to return the item and you would just fix the item yourself so you were issued a 5 dollar refund on the item you paid 16 for and got to keep the item which i believe is completely fair thank you.
