In the end the experience was positive, I did get the item and it was just as described. However, the delivery process was less than desirable with lots of late / miscommunication issues with the courier, who in the end did not even advice me that they dumped the package in my front yard - found by chance by my daughter. Seller was great in all this though and very responsive to the issues as they arose.

Everything about the transaction went perfectly. I received quick communication from the seller and the pump arrived very quickly. It was just as advertised, and is working beautifully in my outdoor pond. I would highly recommend this seller! It does come with a "piggy back" type Australian power adapter, so I just applied some electrical tape to secure it together and its perfectly fine.
