Lens arrived substantially more damaged than indicated. No response from seller. Was easier to just repair broken filter ring myself rather than pursue further.

Was sent wrong item of average condition and was told I’m unreasonable expecting perfect condition to relate to physical condition. At least I was able to return. I’ll be avoiding as, at best, they are a careless seller. I had to point out the serial number matched another listing before they believed me.

When the lens arrived it was faulty and the seller responded to my messages straight away. He suggested what I might do to have the lens checked out and after I did that the seller suggested that I should follow the ebay returns procedure, to apply for a refund. I am awaiting my refund at the moment.
