Very Nicely Paced Program
The CD is a very nicely paced teaching of traditional and basic Tai Chi which is good for beginners and for older persons who need the stretching exercise as opposed to high impact favored by younger persons. Carradine does a very good job. Though this is an old production, the CD is excellent and the discipline which is thousands of years old does not change.
