    I received this item with good packaging. Item was a bit slow to arrive with Aramex couriers. When i unpacked the item one of the metal claps was faulty, but after contacting the seller they were happy to send another pudding steamer to replace it. Still waiting for the delivery at this stage. Customer service and communication from seller was excellent.

    Great little steamer, good value, well designed

    This is a real deal steamer, perfect for the 2L pudding. Use the recipe on the side of the Tandaco Suet packet - been tempering my pudding each month with a tablespoon of brandy and it's looking amazing. British background - has to be suet!!!!
