Great communication. Shipping is free IF you can ship it to a business with a forklift. Took about 9 business days to arrive from time of shipping (I’m in Pennsylvania). Packaged well, absolutely no issues there. Instructions included are based on the basic machine with no helper arms. But it wasn’t difficult to figure out how to assemble this model based off their photos/video. I look forward to seeing how this machine holds up and possibly buying more equipment from them.

I purchased the PRO8000XLH!! I hired a crew to come put this lift together due to me being in a wheel chair. When lift was up I noticed it was the smaller PRO8000 and didn’t get what I ordered. I was told to ship it back to get a refund. So that means I’d have to pay again to take apart an again to put the correct lift up. I am not happy at all. I didn’t get what I paid for. I would be 1000 bucks in the hole due to them sending wrong lift. This small lift will not work for what I need it for !!
