    lightweight and easy to use

    May not be a good fit for new(er) phone systems

    The adjustments on it are many but may be futile for some phone systems. I had this exact unit many years ago and it worked great. I had to return this item recently because the sound quality was very scratchy (sounded a bit over modulated, even with adjustments) in my ear piece and on both the sending and receiving end. The caller sometimes could not hear me forcing me to adjust the device on just about every call. This particular unit’s adjustments are not easy if you take a look in the picture I provided. It’s on the side that you need to remove the cover and adjust with the included tool.
