She offered me a refund if I returned the item but recorded delivery would cost me extra. She stated it was only bluetack and should come off so I tried gently and carefully to remove it.It did not come off at all.I asked for a 50%refund when I sent the photos but as I have tried to get the bluetack off she won't accept a return or refund.Ā£9 down the drain.This seller is dishonest.Reply from: nikki_the_cute- Feedback replied by seller nikki_the_cute.- Feedback replied by seller nikki_the_cute.The item was exactly as shown in pictures as I never want to disappoint anybody. Despite this, I offered a full refund to the buyer upon return of the item but she refused. I tried everything to make this buyer happy despite not being at fault (I would always admit fault if it was my fault and always look after my buyers) But instead she wanted to keep the item, demanded a refund from me and left me this feedback when I didn't give her the item for free. All of this over a bit of bluetack!
