I ordered a 8" ship bell. It's very nice looking. It was packaged well and shipped on time. It was signature required from the USPS. The seller has been prompt on all communications. There is a slight language barrier that could be construed as abrupt or impatient. All things considered I have to give the seller a 5 out of 5 rating because the bell is good quality and the seller has very good intentions. He has followed through with everything promised.
