Seller didn't pack understanding how poorly the delivery service handles packages. Box was not crushed. The pieces were wrapped to loosely. I choose to keep the item as is , one was salvageable. The other I will use the parts . The lamp that survived is unique and I love the glass. I wish the person that threw the box would be held responsible . Who ever broke it when they threw it knew they broke it. But as a tax payer claims all come back to bite us in the ass. It came USPS.
