This seller art_asc365 is very bad
They do not answer any conversation
They delivered a damaged item and once it was returned they refunded me $1190 instead of $2066
I am still waiting for an explanation and no one is responding I am even very disappointed how eBay staff handled the situation

For machines with high value, we need to check and sign for delivery. The buyer has signed for it. He did not want it himself, did not want to return it himself, and wanted to use our labal to return the machine. We inform the buyer that transportation costs are to be deducted. The returned machine was in worse condition than the picture provided by the buyer and had missing parts. Rogue buyers also leave malicious reviews to mislead others.
