      The seller was excellent to deal with and items were exactly as described. My only issue was with the authentication process. Ebay repackaged my luxury item in a blue satin bag which caused blue colour transfer to my item in multiple areas. I have tried to remove with no success. My luxury item now has a bargin basement look. I have tried to contact ebay on several occasions with no success. Very upsetting! This is no fault of the seller but ebay itself. Get rid of the blue satin bag ebay!!
