Overall I had a positive experience. Even though a few things did not end up. The laptop was NOT new as described, however, the seller reached out to me before shipping and advised that it was "serviced". I did agree to accept it as such. Shipping was super fast via FedEx international. It was packed with lots of care. I has do figure out some Japanese to download and install English language. The unit does have W11 Pro and 128G SSD. Hopefully, it will serve as basic laptop for when traveling.

***** 5 Stars! Very Nice authentic Shoyeido incense. Quite the good deal for the economy bulk packages. Shipping cost was reasonable, and for economy post arrived in only a few weeks from Japan to USA! The incense boxes were wrapped in additional protective materials and received in a padded envelope with no broken sticks. The aroma is magnificent!
