This was our first digital camera in 2005.Still going strong after 4000 pictures.Wife still loves the view finder. Takes great pictures.Make sure you use lithium batteries and 2gb sd cards. We paid 199.99 at a big box store new.I picked up a couple extras for a good price on ebay for the grand kids.I can't tell the difference when I print 4x6 pictures, between this 5 mp. and my 16 mp camera.

Bought this camera new, years ago as part of a kit that included a printer/charger dock and a large carry-the-whole-kit bag. I have well over 10,000 pictures from this camera saved on my computer. The printer dock has printed thousands of prints for us, as well as for friends and family. (Clean the gray roller in front with alcohol if it has trouble picking up the paper). The camera has survived 3 and 4 foot falls to the ground, parking lots, etc. It has popped open twice as a result. Just squeezed it the case back together until it snapped back closed, and away we go. Can't understand how it still takes such great pix! Just bought a used one on ebay just in case it decides to retire someday. We love this camera! My other camera is a Nikon D200 10 megapixel, so you can see that I appreciate a quality camera, and this Kodak Easyshare CX7530 is top shelf- WayneRead full review
I had borrowed this camera from someone and had to return it of course and was thrilled to find the same exact one here. I haven't had the opportunity to use this one yet but from previous experience I can vouch that is takes really great pictures and is user friendly. I would definitely recommend it.

I purchased this Kodak camera because I let my son use my Kodak EasyShare C653, which was perhaps 8 years old, and he liked it so much he did not want to give it back. I figured I only needed something inexpensive to take pics of my grandkids, etc., and I was familiar with the Kodak EasyShare, so I purchased a CX7530.To my surprise, it was not only adequate for my needs but takes excellent pictures and I do believe it is superior to my old camera. I don't know much about digital cameras, but this model is wonderful and I don't care at all that it is an older model and a bit chunkier in style than some of the new ones out there. It performs excellently. I haven't even begun exploring the various setting options on this camera.....but it doesn't matter, because the pics I have taken, especially closeups ( I like to take a lot of nature shots......flowers, etc.).....all have been excellent! A great purchase.Read full review
For only being a 5 mega pixel camera this is a great camera! Took camera on vacation with me and could not believe the great pictures it takes. I also have the Kodak printer doc for this and it fits perfect on there and I can print all my pictures, and charge the camera on it to. If you are looking for a good quality camera this is a keeper. It also for a digital camera has very fast response time for taking multipal fast shots one after another with no delay or waitng for the camera to process till the next shot. It is too bad Kodak stop making cameras like this one to work on the printer docking station.
