On 1/9 I ordered a faucet from the seller. It was advertised as "“Brand new open box item. Never used nor installed. All original accessories are in place.” My plumber came to install it on 2/29, and discovered the supply line was kinked and frayed. I sent the seller pictures and asked for a refund or exchange and they refused stating "The return window for the item is closed after 30 days of delivery." Now I have a broken faucet and a plumbing bill. I will not by from this seller or ebay again.

The item i shipped was brand new. There was no damage to the supply line at time of shipping. In any event I offered member to ship a replacement supply like which can be purchased at any Home Depot at $10, but the member wanted to return the faucet. I gladly accept returns with free return label within 30 days. I cant facilitate return after 2 month. What ever happened to the supply line - replace it. It isnt that difficult.
