Dr. Frankl recalls his early disagreements with Sigmund Freud and Alfred Adler, and considers the impact of these disputes on the development of Logotherapy, deemed the "third Viennese School of Psycotherapy". Toward the end of World War II, Frankl was arrested and deported, as was his entire family.     Frankl's autobiography well-written and a great supplement to "Man's Search for Meaning."

    Frankl's autobiography is very well-written and informative. It is a great supplement to his classic "Man's Search for Meaning." The author talks about returning to Vienna after being liberated from the concentration camp and finding that he had to start his life all over again. I believe that many readers will have had the experience of having to start all over again. Although Frankl's situation was more dire, his advice is nonetheless helpful for those of us who have to make a new beginning.
