The heated electric socks arrived without batteries as advertised. Seller offered refunds ranging from $3.50 to $7 on a $20 item, and asked me to buy another pair of heated electric socks from them. They bizarrely kept offering increasing and decreasing refund amounts. Seller refused a full refund, and also refused to just send the missing batteries. I ended up having to ask eBay to step in and help after 2 weeks of getting nowhere, which eBay did. Would not recommend seller.

Rubber repair glue.
Seller refused to send the order, giving contradictory reasons in three messages – “uncontrollable reasons”, “goods were damaged or lost during transportation” (2 days after sale), “cannot change the ad”. At this time the identical article was advertised by this seller at 3 ½ times the price that I paid.
I do not give negative feedback lightly, but this seller refused to honour a purchase made in good faith.
