seller charged shipping fee on a book that was listed as best offer , Free Shipping , I based my offer according to the Most I could afford on this item and then found that seller ADDED a shipping charge , and would not respond to two messages inquiring about it . I have never left a bad review , but this seller did not act in good faith and while I was happy with the book , the purchase experience was disappointing and not a pleasant experience due to this . it didn't have to be this way.
