Good overall, received wrong item initially, seller sent the correct item, but there were only 2 of the 6 correct knobs sent. So returned the 4 incorrect knobs and ended up with just 2 of the correct ones listed. Ultimately, seller was very sorry for the errors in the original listing and gave a partial refund. Very top notch, friendly and communicative seller. Thank you for the help and we hope you can find the other identical knobs :)

Communication was a problem. I. Sent several messages that went unanswered and after I decided to take a chance I offered again, it was accepted and my card was charged w/o any approval from me. I don't like that at all, a person needs to know what is being charged and by whom. On positive note... I received the Singer a couple of days later. Packing was good. Communication needs help.
