    Item is pretty but it was not engraved with the personal message I provided to the seller, and which I expected. If not for the good price and beauty, I would've rated it one star. It's very disappointing to wait several weeks, which was supposed to be because of the engraving, and then it was not there. So, I dont understand why it took so long or why I wasn't informed about the engraving not being included.
