Problems with delivery time because Evri failed to collect the parcel from the seller but I was kept informed. When the parcel eventually arrived it was intact apart from the address label which was hanging off despite having been taped down on four sides. Goodness knows how Evri managed that! I was surprised that such a high value item had been sent wrapped only in a bin bag with brown paper loosely over the top but there was, thankfully, no damage incurred. The item was as described. Thanks.

On purchase we asked the seller to package this item very well, but the seller sent this large expensive fragile item in nothing more than a sheet of brown paper and a very thin black bin liner, this resulted in the item being badly damaged in the post, seller tried to justified this by saying: That's the way I pack all my sets. Can you imagine our absolute disappointment when it arrived damaged.
