After initial purchase, shawl didn’t arrive so I sent message to company. A fast reply & apologetic response which was appreciated. They arranged for another to be sent out & this arrived the following day. They also refunded me for the item as they had clearly fallen short of their standard.
Overall a possible negative experience was turned into a positive. Wish other companies had this ethos!
