- e***n (668)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseReceived the Modem/router next day which was incredibly fast.Just mentioning that 5G only is available with Telstra and Vodafone and Optus only 4G is supported.This is not a fault with the modem but it is a limitation with the firmware Telstra install and as far as I know , there is no way to circumvent or modify the firmware.

The Telstra Shop converted the SIM Card to the smaller Nano SIM and I came home turned the unit on and all is good. The Portable Modem is exactly as described and well packaged to avoid damage of the Unit. Very fast delivery by Australia Post to my front Door. An easy and smooth transaction.
