There are many people using the name Otaku(plus other letters) when selling on Ebay.com and Ebay.co.uk. The negative feedback that I posted previously was erroneous. The replacement DVDs that I was sent are better than the first. There is still a problem with them but the problems are a fault of manufacture and the seller is not to blame. Everything possible is being done to get me DVDs that I can view. So a positive feedback is deserved.

This feedback is incorrect. There are several Otaku companies and I was confused about which one I had dealt with. This seller is arranging a revision so that I can correct my error. I am still buying from them. I regret any harm that I may inadvertently done.
