Remember the Times!!
I like this series, because it is so corny. I have to say, I used to watch this show all the time when it was on TV and loved it. Don't know why...I just did. When I watched it recently for the first time in years. I thought, "Why did I like this sooo much before." I think it's the easy style of acting and writing. It isn't an intense show. Don't get me wrong I like shows like 24 and Prison Break, but sometimes you just want to sit down and gel for a little bit. This show is great for that. It let's you gel and yet you still get to see some action and interesting story lines!I like this series, because it is so corny. Making the best of iy
Lucy Lawless was injured, so there's a lot of wierd episodes. The producers did good with the circumstances. Episodes have Calisto return, worse than ever; Xena having to team up with Callisto against a worse foe - Valasca; and Xena helps the Israelites with a giant problem - Goliath. As well as Xena being put into Autolycus for a few episodes. They did over play the lost at sea theme (Odysseus & Seascrops) towards the end. However, the episodes were still good.
