I specifically chose to buy from this seller as the listing clearly specified delivery was Thurs 6 July. Being a WA seller as well as paying $11.95 for delivery I was sure I would get it in time to give my 5yr old niece whose birthday was on Sunday. On Saturday morning I contacted the seller stating I didn’t receive the product and was disappointed as I had to go out to buy another gift for my niece. I received the item today but not a response or acknowledgement from the seller so far.

The postage option you selected was standard shipping (not express with delivery before 6th July). Standard delivery is up to 6 business days. Your order was placed on Friday night and shipped on Monday. Tracking shows it was delivered within the eBay specified time frame and arrived on the fifth business day This feedback is false and misleading.
