Four tea cups purchased on Christmas day. Est. delivery 12/29-1/2: arrived 1/8 with one broken. Not ideal. But it was high-holiday time (late almost expected); and regarding the broken cup: I am disappointed for sure, but it looked well-packed and the pieces were still almost in-place. The shipping box looks unmarred and clearly marked "fragile". It's a mystery to me - so once again I can't point a finger at the seller or even USPS shipping, but I don't have the set of four I was going for.
