The FurMe was packaged well, shipped quickly, and looks like it’s brand new. We have tried it out on our Golden Retriever once so far. The noise level is low, didn’t scare our dog. She enjoyed it when we used the deshedding tool on her. We ended up getting one and a half canisters of fur/ hair by the time we were done with trimming. So far we are very pleased with the purchase!

Took a few times for my Chows to agree to be vacuumed but so far so good. Only thing I see wrong is that after it gets full to a certain point is stops turning at the bottom and its not packed full so that is will not turn. The hair is light weight and virtually no dirt. Is this normal?? Have to use on high to get the hair out of heads.

Do not buy from the seller. Very poor customer service. I received my item with attachments that were not compatible with my product. When I reached out to the seller to correct the mistake, they would not respond. I filled a return request with eBay and was approved as eBay was also unable to resolve the issue with the seller.
