For the map update I formatted an 8gb usb drive, extracted the files I downloaded from the link sent to me, to the usb drive, started my 2017 pacifica and when it shows the code, I took a picture that you can read all the letters and numbers, replied to the ebay message and got the code to enter in a few minutes. A+

Had approached Mercedes West London and they had quoted £182. I had to spend another £15 for latest USB of 250 GB with high speed. As I updated my maps after 5 yrs it took circa 1.5 hours.
