I mistakenly believed that the coil packs were OEM parts so ordered them along with the Motorcraft spark plugs, but the details of the listing noted that they were NOT OEM. After I received the parts, I noticed the coil packs had no part number markings at all. I contacted the seller and he was very helpful and agreed to me returning the items for a refund. Per the listing, I paid return shipping. I did not get the parts I was thinking I would get, but the transaction and return went smoothly.
