It’s been pretty bad, first of all they lost it, then it arrived. Pieces missing, offered me a $22 refund for a $145 product, another box is coming, (if it doesn’t get lost) they’ve sent my query away. Will take another 3 business days apparently!
But still I have no footstool!

Great value for money. Relatively easy to assemble and it does require two people to mount it. Delivery was ordinary and this was NOT THE SELLERS FAULT. It was despatched the following day but Aramex/Fastway thought it was a good idea to hang on to it for eight days before they decided to ship it. Excellent communication with the seller and they got the courier to get the parcel moving. Job well done.
