      It works!

      Does exactly what it says on the tin. There may be a few occasions where there isn't enough room for it but it will remove filters on the vast majority of vehicles! Especially useful for the smooth round types without a fluted end to grip.

      1/2 drive oil filter removal strap

      This tool is very useful for removing over tightened oil filters during an oil service. You need the right access to be able to get the socket drive to the filter. As with all of these removal tools it does distort the filter on removal. With these strap removers eventually the strap degrades and snaps in use. Hence my new one.

      Gets in anywhere

      versatile, I’ve had one for for many years and still shows little signs of wear, the reason I purchased a second one is because I also use it for undoing sink traps etc ( very handy in tight places) and wanted to have. one for “clean” jobs without engine oil on it
