Despite ordering a 15u rackmount enclosure, they telephoned me to tell me that they had a 12u one. This is fine, 12u was sufficient. There seems to consistent problems with this company listing things on ebay that they don't have in stock. Overall their racks are fine, their other components, you should avoid like the plague.

Called to say item wasnt in stock, offered me a downgraded 12U, wouldn't reduce the price to what the 12U was listed at.
Description and photos don't match. Seller didn't like me asking questions. Was unable to answer, rudely stated he wanted to cancel as I didn't have a good concept of Racks.
I mentioned other neg feedback stating damaged items and he said he will just cancel the order as he didn't want to deal with the aftersales if item arrived damaged or not as described. Cancelled my order.
