We are human and in the height of the holiday shipping season there was inadvertently a swap in shipping labels. When we were notified, we immediately apologized, and the customer received a full refund. I didn't think it warranted negative feedback as it was an honest mistake that was corrected immediately, maybe a neutral, but a negative is going overboard. We try to do what's right for our customers, but you can't please everyone all the time.
