While the item shown and what was delivered did not look the same, the seller was very gracious and understanding. I was provided a full refund and told to keep the product. In reality, I wish the product would not have had a flaw, but none the less, this is a great seller. I would buy again should and item be something I am interested in.

Issued the buyer a full refund immediately. I did not want to pay additional shipping fees to ship the item back to myself so informed the buyer they could keep the nativity and enjoy it.
