Item was as described and pictured. Arrived promptly, and packaged smartly (it had to cross the Atlantic and the whole of the United states, and was in great condition after that journey). I got what I purchased, or what I believed I purchased. Which is all I can really ask for. I gave the seller 5 stars on communication, but I never had a need to contact them.

When I discovered the issue with the item, I should have contacted seller, I didn t do that. I didn t give seller the opportunity to resolve this issue.in a timely manner. Totally my fault for not knowing my options as a buyer, when seller s ad clearly stated no returns ..Now I know problem was due to the shipping.
