This is tough to write, because I really appreciate cycling resellers. The packing and shipping was fine, but it arrived without the bottom bracket bearings, which were specifically listed as included. Then the frame-specific cable stops were missing, and there was undisclosed damage; a broken threaded insert, and a stripped bottle mount. And the seller never responded past a "we'll look into it" about the bearings...maybe ebay's message thing just sucks, I don't know.

Frameset arrived packeged very well and in the original S-Works box. Some scratches on the top of the Head Tube were not disclosed since it was listed as NOS. Only the frame, fork and bottom bracket plug were included. You will need to source bearings, collars, compression ring, steerer tube collar, stem shim, shift port plug, and rubber plugs separately ($170). Future shock as well. No problem as I was aware of this since we are swapping parts from a broken frame. A++, would buy again.

I am currently working with the seller on a trade and the transaction has been going great so far. I sent the duplicate item back and am awaiting seller confirmation of its arrival.
