Fast shipping and product arrived earlier than expected. The item was not exactly as described (Monitor has dead pixels). However, I contacted the seller regarding this issue and was offered a choice of a full refund/return or a partial refund off the purchase price. I chose the later and the partial refund was promptly issued. The customer service was very responsive and offered a fair resolution to the problem.
