So disappointing to pay for a service of $11 parcel shipping & get an untracked letter for $2.40; i think listing is worded vague on shipping; rips the joy out of the transaction for me. Bad customer experience incl in the follow up communication. I feel like they pulled the wool over my eyes. They can justify their wording all they like, but I think they know exactly what they are doing & now I do too. Sorry folks but I wont be shopping with you again. Once bitten, twice shy.
