Item is as described, not new, but not used, probably just laying around outside its original packaging. Communication was great, I was able to receive the product afterwards. The only problem is I was given the incorrect tracking number so I was able to properly keep track of the parcel’s whereabouts or any delays and such. Other than that I had a generally good experience.
