Did not arrive in time but DHL the shipper sent an email about duty being due and it looked like a scam email, so I ignored and therefore it got held up and just arrived today June 14th. And I did in fact not have to pay duty, so not sure what DHL would have done with the $18.99 they wanted me to pay.
