Customer service Bella has done such a wonderful job at Customer Service. Sent me an engine cover clip and a metal propeller and kept me updated from factory and shipping notifications. I recommend the Hangkia 3.6 runs great ! Break in period is important as is the gear oil change after 10 hours. Good luck all!
